How does it work?

After registration and payment, you will be assigned automatically the privileges you have chosen when subscribed. When you get in contact with us through live chat or ticket, you will have to explain in detail the issue you are facing and submit any photographs if needed. Our team member that has been assigned to your ticket or chat will ask any relevant questions that will help identify the problem or make you do some measurements and give you the solution. If device is having multiple issues and they are not relevant to each other or caused by the initial problem, you will have to close the chat / ticket and open a new one for the second issue. Is that simple!
